Managing Director
Our Managing Director has been in the game for over 20 years. An Auto Electrician by trade, Michael has extensive on-the-ground knowledge that informs the company when responding to technical challenges.
Founding NB Industries in 2006, Michael is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategies and goals. Although he now spends most of his time behind a desk, he loves a challenge and will often use this as an excuse to get his hands dirty and get back on the tools.
Michael is passionate about delivering quality without compromise and enjoys providing solutions that deliver positive outcomes and generate happy customers.
Operations Manager
Christian has worked with NB Industries since 2015 and oversees the company’s HR, business process, and planning. He has over 20 years’ experience in the automotive industry and is a specialist in delivering exceptional customer service.
Since 2015, Christian has seen expansion over 3 new premises, assisted with the formation of 3 new divisions and a 200% increase in revenue. As a strong advocate of NB Industries company values, he champions the brand legacy, and leads a skilled and loyal team that ensures consistency of product.
Christian is a natural leader who teaches through example. He believes that ‘every day is a day to become a better version of yourself’ and this is evident in his deliverables.
Finance & Systems Manager
Supporting functionality and growth, Alicia is always looking at the bigger picture whilst appreciating the little things that make it all come together.
A resourceful all-rounder, Alicia has served across multi-disciplined roles within the mining industry for over 20 years and ensures the company vision is translated into actionable strategies.
Alicia is passionate about supporting and empowering people to achieve, and pioneers’ new direction and fresh ways of seeing and doing things.
Human Resources Manager
Extremely process driven with loads of care factor thrown in, Shar is an experienced and worldly-wise professional that has a passion to succeed.
With her career in Human Resources spanning well over a decade, Shar possesses a thorough understanding of people and culture and the value created from aligning heart with strategic vision.
Shar has a Diploma in HR under her belt and is not afraid to use it. Committed and insightful, Shar directs and develops our team to align with culture and goals.
